Large Dome Tents

A large dome tent gives your group serious space to sleep and move around comfortably. Most sleep six to ten people and stand tall enough to walk in. Double-skin construction keeps condensation off your sleeping area and handles heavy rain well.

Look for fibreglass or aluminium poles — they flex well in wind and last longer. A good groundsheet and taped seams matter more than people realise. Many models include a porch for muddy boots and wet gear.

Check the packed weight before buying. Some are genuinely car-boot friendly. Others need two people just to carry them.
